Since the start of the Pandemic, companies quickly moved to working remotely to protect their employees. As case numbers start to decline, many employers are now looking to have employees return to the office. With this comes many questions regarding vaccinations, implementing safety procedures and policies, employer expectations and employees concerns. 

Join us on July 15th at 3:30pm for an informative panel discussion with Minken Employment Lawyers to learn more about the growing importance of this topic. Some of the issues covered in this discussion will include: 

  • Can employees be required to vaccinate?
  • What can you do if an employee refuses to get vaccinated based on personal preference?
